Can someone basically please add what the Rare Vehicles mod for Saints Row: The Third with as in making it so when enabling cheats does not disable achievements and auto-saves?

You mean adapting it to SR2? Also, there's already a no cheat flagging option in Gentlemen of the Row

It's already an optional mod as part of the Gentlemen of the Row mod. It's in the CHEATS menu and called Open Cheats.
