This works in both the original game and somewhat in the remaster.
While she looks impressive with working animations and actually does the moves involving the dual SMGs and even the Shock Hammer -- As has been said, she never stops moving. More often than not you're going to see her get stuck on a downed lamp post or watch her rush into traffic to get hit by cars. This is even more likely given the increased vehicle density in the remaster. I called in four at once and it was a mess. I was constantly reviving them.
The best option is to use the Gang Customization version and just use her for the aesthetic. Unlike Cypher as a homie, I can't get her to appear on the streets or in Cribs to do the eating, drinking, and smoking like the other gang members do.
