I replaced a radio station in Saints Row the Third with my own selection of songs using the guide in the SRTT forum https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/custom-radio-stations-guide.2/ and was ultimately successful (although I had to download an alternate soundboot pack file since the one distributed with Steam would not extract properly.)
There does not seem to be an updated guide for doing this with Saints Row IV.
I attempted to figure out a way to do this with Saints Row IV using r128 (and r130) of Minimaul's tools and Wwise 2016.2.2.6022 but I just get silence in game. (Part of the issue may be that SRIV used Wwise 2013 but that doesn't seem to be available. Also the conversion settings for SRIV may be different but I am not sure how to get that information (I used the SRTT settings of Vorbis Encoded QL2, 16384 seek table size).
If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.
UPDATE: I managed to get ahold of Wwise 2013 by registering on their website. I may make a new guide soon.
