Crash after Sex Change

Whenever I go to the surgeon and change my sex, the game crashes and restarts. I tried changing other things like race and size and it works just fine. I have already verified my game cache and restarted the game many times. If anyone knows of a possible solution, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Obviously the game isn't as open-minded as we thought it was.
Jokes aside, did you install any mods? Where you able to change sex before at some point in time? Did you uninstall any mods you might have installed before verifying cahce integrity?

Do you have any mods? If so, have you installed Mrturkleton's Extended Taunts? It's extremely broken, uninstall it right away.
