Co-op Achievement Not working

Hi guys ive recently beaten SR3 with my friend 2 times and cannot get this achievement Crew Of Two Working. ive tried doing activities over and over again with my friend but i cannot get this achievement.

You need to do Every single Mission and Activity in co-op

If you do even one of them solo, it messes up the achievement.
 
i did all the missions and activities In co-op with my friend 2 times and even completed the activities again with my friend. and i still did not get the achievement Crew of Two.
 
If you don't want to try again, then you could always use http://gib.me/sam/ to get it.

If you read around, that achievement is pretty damn finicky.
