Attached is the list of mods I'm using. The game doesn't seem to play the ambient music, as in when you roam the city and have the radio turned off, i also noticed that the effect that plays when you complete a tower climb doesn't work (the one that's played when you punch the top, it's also played for when you complete a hotspot, but that one's working properly).
There's still some locations that trigger a theme to play but after it finishes it's back to silence again, overall there's no music pretty much.
