Dear Volition,I’m in the Character Creation & I wanna create a Morningstar Soldier (female) how do I create one In the Character creation? Cause I think they’re cool

the best option is having the Steelport Gangs DLC and using the Morningstar Soldier outfit from there.
Might not be what you're asking for, but the next step is: using this as a reference for facial features.

Great idea! But does anyone know the Facial Features,Body,Face & etc ? For the Morningstar (female)

Just pull up a close-up of one of the models and try to recreate it, the NPC models are unique meshes and not created with sliders like the player.
