Can't Use Keyboard Prompts with Gentleman Of The Row

for some reason when I play Saints Row 2 it keeps on using the 360 prompts even though im using a keyboard i tried reinstalling gentleman of the row and not modifying the settings but it still uses the 360 prompts

That's because it saves the options you choose in the installer after exiting. You need to go into the menu and deselect it before building your new patch.
