Saints Row IV Can't Load Certain mods or Update SR4

So Idk what the issue is but certain mods like the nude fun Shaundi mod, Deadpool outfit (replaces Zero Dark Thirty suit) aren't loading. The outfit doesn't load and Fun shaundi fails to spawn.

Other mods have worked like the flight mod or glitch removal etc but certain don't. I don't understand why that is.

I was told to try running it by the Stream2update tool from ThomasJepp but idk how that works either. If I just click it nothing happens (opens and says it can't find the game directory.) If I click and drag the game into that program (they're all in the same folder) then it shows me this:


What can I do to fix this issue?

Also this is my first post here so forgive if it looks crappy.

Nice install path, we don't support pirated versions of the games here.

1. No piracy - including DLC piracy. This is a permaban on first offense.

If you want to use mods and get help here, buy the games on either Steam or GoG.
