Can You Unlock Gang Vehicles Like In Past Games?

Just a quick question here, but can you unlock gang vehicles (Idols, Los Panteros and Marshalls) by completing their missions/territories like you could in past games? Such as with Saints Row The Third, defeating the Luchadors would add their gang members and vehicles for you to access. Just wanted to know if this game was the same.

Im not sure you can, but you can copy customizations from the factions and apply them to mission reward cars that are the same, thats what I did for one of Los Pantheros cars
 
If you manage to take a vehicle of theirs, you can also store it in the garage/helipad/dock as well. I managed to store a Marshall attack helicopter that way.
