SOLVED can you fix this for me?

i got crash after trademark before going to main menu in saints row 4.
i didn't have any mod and playing this game about 20 hours.
and then got crash after logo AMD going to save automatically didn't appear pop ups or error message then going to back to windows.

please help me to find out my problem.

here for the crash dump or MDMP i got in steam folder.

oh, i got posted this before in the official forums, and didn't get any response.
so, i post it here.

nah, forget it. i fix it for myself.

disable steam cloud. delete all save games on steam userdata. *all of them. then run the game normaly.

maybe it's would save other player.
