Not sure why you'd want a motorcycle helmet with a cherry on top but I've seen stranger things...

I think SR IV already has 1 or 2 motorcycle helmets though.

There's one in Leather and Lace, but he probably wants the shades to be completely black, so he can go all Hotline Miami and pretend that the helmet is protecting his identity.
