Can Someone Help Me With C.A.C (character creation)?

Who is better/cooler and would fit more into the Saints Row story?

Well to be honest, I'm a tad lazy, And when I do try I mostly suck at it, So could someone help me (do it for me) with creating a character?

I want Redfoo and SkyBlu from LMFAO.

Don't worry about body etc. just do the facial structure, skin, hair COLOR, race, you know, the stuff that CAN'T change IRL (obviously voice, weight/body shape, hair, and personality can change).

I need these done for BOTH Saints Row 2, and Saints Row:The Third (i'll post again in SR3 general section for extra coverage) and i need it done in FORMULAS (slider settings) as both my SR2 and SR3 are modded (GOTR 1.9 standard[SR2] || and sandbox+[SR3](maybe going back to vanilla)
