You Need:
V6 - Cheats + Phone + Store menu
Use Phone to CALL the NPC (to morph)
Do not go in Image by Design while morph
This is very broken (this is just for messing around)

Place "Homies" in your Main Gooh directory (where your game launcher is)
I'm not to sure if you unlock the homies.... some of my saves have different NPC's
