Is there a way to make this Variant buyable? I looked through customization_items but found no clue about it.
It's the same model with invisible straps (if you squint, you can catch their pointy shadows in the screenshot) but I don't know how to make it available for the Boss.
I see it on many male goth NPCs and thought it was intended. (If you wear those boots with any long pant, the straps stick through the mesh, they won't turn invisible.)
