Well the way the binds work at present either you use kb/m which is hell for any kind of driving or you have some pretty odd binds with the base options, I had to bind acceleration and revers to the buttons above the triggers to avoid unloading bullets as I drive.
Dunno how doable it is since I know sweet little about modding and what code you can actually mess with in saints row games, I wouldn't be shocked if this kinda things could be done for games like the elder scrolls ones which have extensive mod tools and all but haven't really looked into saints row mods til now.
