Character Customization Assassin suit footstep bug

It's not really a bug, but rather an annoyance. For some reason Ultor assassin suit (aka Cypher's suit) instead of high heels footstep audio have a barefoor footsteps sounds. I thought it's due to ShoeAudioSwitch not being set, but no - it's there.

Any way to fix it?

Description:

This modification attempts to avoid a footstep sound bug in Saints Row the Third.

Some game animations(landing, entering/exiting vehicles, ...) are supposed to temporally replace the footstep sound of the protagonist.
Yet, due to a bug, these footstep sound replacements can stuck permenantly until a game reload or a wardrobe access.
For example, if the the protagonist jumps while moving forward, the protagonist's footstep sound will be switched to sneaker shoes sound after landing, regardless which shoes the protagonist are actually wearing.
