Any sites for requesting assistance creating character looks?

I've looked and haven't had any luck. I'm just looking for a site or resource where people have shared the "sliders" to create their characters and even better a place to make requests.

You can find characters to download on this very same site, I myself made a thread to share character sliders, but with the advent of the aforementioned category, I decided my thread is obsolete.
