Anim_pc files not in preload_anim.vpp_pc

Does anyone know where is the location of anim files not included in preload_anim.vpp_pc?
Like the walk and stand animations in Pleasantville after you get out of the car to greet your fans "m02_plym_wave_sd.animx" and "m02_plym_wave_wlk.animx" ? Cause I want to make my own plyf.xtbl file with those as stand and walk animations.

It's a one of the mission animations so check sr3_city_0.vpp_pc and look for m02.
