If you want to add your own Forgive and Forget location it's simple to do.
Just a couple of things to be considered.
1) Put it somewhere easy to find. This will only be the mechanism NOT the building that houses it. Fortunatly the game
will place an icon in the area where you create it.
2) Put it somewhere you can get to it easy. A midair service for wiping out notoriety while in a heli might be convenient
but the game will only mark the location on the map and not the altitude.
3) Be sure to make note of the object orientation. This actually shouldn't be a problem, but the game can be finicky upon
occasion.
4) Take note of the district name where you want to place it. I chose the Airport. This is important because you will need to add it to
the cts file for the chosen district.

All you need to do here is change a couple of lines and then delete three other lines.
First change the $Navpoint: "apartments_forgive_and_forget" line removing Apartments and adding
your district name. in my case Airport

Getting coordinates has been covered in multiple tutorials so I won't subject you to it here.
Change the $Orient: line to suit the proper orientation in this case 1.55

refer to the structure around the mechanism, Since we can't construct new buildings we can just delete these three lines

Now just copy the Navpoint and trigger code into the proper locations inside the cts file for your
chosen district, then save the file.
Drop the cts file that you just edited into the GOTR 'Modding' folder and then recompile your patch.
Then drop the new patch into you game directory and enjoy. To uninstall remove the edited
cts file form the GOTR 'Modding' directory then recompile your patch.

In it's present form it probably isn't of too much use but if a person wanted to then they could create
a Forgive and Forget point in the Saints HQ or other hideout, then they could just walk through it and clear
their notoriety at will.
