Adding a crib and/or Money and Clothes Access Points

There is an appartement in the Heron Hotel near the beach that is accessible after a hitman mission. Is it possible to use it as a crib with access to money, weapons and clothes with a parking space?

cribs.xtbl defines the characteristics of a crib, but I don't think you can add one?

cribs_sr2_city.cts defines positions of elemnts in cribs.xtbl.
