I'm quite curious about where the confirmed US state of Steelport is located at if anybody has any idea. I've looked all over Google and only found that it's at one of the rust belt states. I'm hoping it would be in Ohio because I'm a really huge fan of that franchise as I already know that Stillwater is located somewhere at Michigan. Anyways, any clues to where Steelport could be accurately located at?
