FYI: SRTT has a single 'base' texture for the male player model and one for the female player model. This is then modified in the shader based on the player's choice of skin tones, which is then overlaid with the 'tan' mask, make up and scars, and then tattoos on top of that. Furthermore, the normal maps used by the player models is broken down into 4 images for each race, plus three more for body sliders (14 total across the male and female player models), so that's a lot more work if you want a body suit to have additional 'depth' to it, like seams or ridges, etc.
So, yes, it can be done, certainly. But it probably won't quite look the way you want it. That being said, idle hands, devil's work, etc. I'll give you a quick & simple version. You should be able to just drop that file into your SRTT main directory without issue. Unless you're using something like JediDave's Character Customizer. Then you'll need to drop it into the "Your Character Mods Here" folder and rebuild the patch vpp_pc file.
