This mod is now obsolete. For a proper fix for mouse sensitivity while Tagging, use Juiced Patch. In the PC version of Saint's Row 2, the tagging diversion uses the same cursor acceleration curve as the Console versions of the game. While this is fine for a controller with an analogue stick...
