    Mod to customize enemy gangs

    If this game gets modding tools developed for it when its released, it'd be cool if somebody could make a mod that lets you customize enemy gangs with the character customizer and choose what cars they drive, etc. maybe its undo-able and way too much, i dunno but its just a cool idea I thought...
