Pretty sure the Steampunk Chic is cf_nlmf_lbdy_f_skirt, custmesh_2073992136f.str2_pc. Some of the tga files are named cf_nlmf_lbdy_f_skirtholster, however, as are some of the entries in customization_items.xtbl.

Ok, I'll try it again in Photoshop and if that fails I'll bring out the GIMP. Thanks for the tip, it's good to know it's probably me/the program and not the item itself. Any ideas on forcing particular versions of clothing models to load? Is that more of an Ask Volition question?
