The Mamba Jacket was fixed by Mikado in his Clothing fixes mod, however the Puffer Jacket glitch is one I have't seen before. If I see it in my game, I'll post details for it. EDIT: Also saw it.

I recommend using Mini's tools. I had this issue as well, as have many others; it is referred to as an "infinite loading screen" most of the time, but I have had it happen when not in a loading screen of any kind. I haven't had it happen since I used the aforementioned tools.

I'm pretty sure I did this to get rid of it in SRTT; however, before I did that, my first method was just to set it to 0 transparency, and that worked until I tried the former method on a second character.

Could you do a Jet Black version with light blue eyes? I would absolutely LOVE that! Also, how do you change the colors like this? If it can be done for other things, and maybe even have a tool made to do it... :D

I asked Mikado to do this in his Clothes Fixes mod. Apparently, the suits don't have the obscured field lines, or something like that. He said we'll need the SDK. :(

It's fine. Plenty of requests that can't be fulfilled yet for the same reason. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who wants this. :D

I requested something similar, however, it is not quite possible yet, as we will need the SDK (evidently).

When the SDK comes out, it will be possible. Plus, this is one of the more requested things I've seen on here, so it probably won't be long after that release. :)

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but whenever I install the weapon_upgrades.xtbl a lot of my upgrades disappear. :( Any ideas?
