This is for vanilla I don't think GOTR only mods will catch on after this point. Probably more or less what GOTR does but I don't think this file matters as to which one you use it with. I should've clarified it tho updating shortly.
Yeah I've been looking for a mod like that aswell. I couldn't find one so I made one after looking at Unapologetic Miscreants guide.

So I just wanted to quickly make a radio.xtbl edit for vanilla after unable to find a mod thread already doing just that.
This mod unlocks every single radio station from the start and also prevents stations like 89.0 Generation X and 105.0 Ezzzy FM from disappearing.

That it is why it has been said that people should take a look into GOTR files and mod in the features they want into their own games because it will be almost impossible to keep every feature as is and have it be compatible with the DLC.
If any of your save files have even one modded item by GOTR or another mod it will crash the game %100 if any other mod you install after changes that item.
Does the chunk tool have access to the chunk lighting data? I don't mean the lighting elements of a chunk like lamps and whatnot , I mean the lighting data like the time_of_day.xtbl or something similar since most chunks have their own lighting values
So I started off with using only .xtbl files , then I tried both with helixmod and vanillafxplus but both had their own issues. So for the time being this is only the time of day files being edited. I would turn out even better looking images but I need to learn how to properly edit the vanilla...
