Well shit, arent i as dumb as you all thought. I changed it in both patches( just to be sure i told myself) but mistyped something in the TU1 patch... Clippy you're a legend and thank you for your patience and putting up with me.

hm, yeah i had already set it to true and still nothing, checked nvidia control panel even though i dont think it was that because all my other games run well over 100-200 fps. ive gotten the regular default.xex to patch with unlocked frames. just cant get Phantasy Row to unlock FPS for some...

Oh shoot, I had that page open too lol. should've looked into it after i slept haha, thank you Clipper. Now when i launch Phantasy Row it says patches applied but it is still capped at 30 FPS, Do you know what would cause this?

How do i find the xex hash for Phantasy Row ?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is it possible to get 60fps patch to work with this ?
