all you need to do is have open two separate windows in your file explorer one in desktop along with the meshes and the other window as the tool then just drag and drop the mesh to the exe wnd it will give you the obj trouble is theres no way of putting it back to smesh or cmesh at least idk i...

its pretty old ik but how did you repack the meshes to smesh and cmesh i got obj files but no idea how to put them in the game and test it

im not too sure as the windows just closed nore or less straight away so i never had time to see the error but it works for me everytime now wll you need to do is have 2 separate windows open one open in the tools directory and the other in desktop with both meshes and then just drag the .smesh...

hmm im nit too sure then maybe the tool just broke have you tried to redownload the tool
