Nova SPE is the most likely culprit, it borrows a little from the mod however. But it's got a few scripting replacements that inherently clash with the overall project. Reimagined, I never even heard of as the only two texture packs I can confirm are compatible are aforementioned on my links.

I actually do have a variant where it's just the police and nothing else. the issue is alot of the content i have is interconnected and cant function without the other. If i may ask though, what are you trying to specifically seperate? Just the cars, and tags?
