I have been trying to play sr2 with my friend but everytime i click load game or new game, doesnt matter where, it crashes. I've gone with gotr, without, and fresh install and nothing has worked. If anyone can help with this, it would be much appreciated video of what happens

I've been playing this game for like 10 years and this is the first time I'm having this problem. My game lags and gets really bad input lag only when I'm going through the suburbs district. It happens with and without mods and I don't know how to fix it.
