I know there's a 'Let It Snow' mod already, but it snows 24/7 and after a while feels kinda weird to me. I was wondering if someone could make a snow mod but have it where it only snows sometimes like how the rain normally is in game.

Nice, the winter atmosphere really changes the feel of the game, I like it. Are also going to do a fall version?

Is there a way to change the texture mod to the fall or winter version?
