Basically, I'm just wondering if there was a way to open up the game and reshape Steelport into Stilwater. So using only assets from SRTT/R (but maybe with some retextures), would it be possible to recreate SR2's Stilwater in place of Steelport? Or even alongside Steelport, if there's room?
