So in early gameplay of SR4, we could see that the lights on top of the 3 Count Casino were glowing just like in SR3. But in the final game they are always turned off. So I was wondering if it was possible to turn them on again ?

So I was wondering if someone could make a mod that replace the HUD of SR4 With the one from SR3 (Or SR2) cause I don't really like how it looks.

I recently install the latest version of TTDIS but I have a strange glitch, every billboards ,lights and some effects like water seems to reset every second, but I don't know what causes this glitch to happend so I decide to reinstall the mod but nothing change, so did anyone know how to fix this ?
