The "non customizable vehicle" prompt is just an oddity with unlockables. I ran into this first when I wanted to make Foreign Power-like vehicle purchases through the phone. If you add vehicles to the garage like this they cannot be customized. However, getting them from traffic/spawning works...

I see these have the same issue as my Zin Hovercars, where bullets pass through the vehicles. You should probably put up a notice that these are not suited for actual gameplay, as enemies can perfectly hit you despite being in a car. Also, I'm not sure why you've removed customization options...

You only need that patch if you use MLVNRT's mods. Otherwise, you only need the files from v1.0, v1.1 and v1.2.
