I used to have my own copy of the original SR1 weather.xtbl and weather_time_of_day.xtbl files installed into SR2 but it had a negative effect, the clouds were gone, even in the Clear Skies setting there were no clouds.

Thats the game engine that causes that. I have my settings set to View Near under Display Settings.

I don't have the Gog version that's why.

Install Masamura's HQ texture pack first then install his chunks and pegs, then you install my texture pack with my own chunks and pegs letting mine overwrite his files.
