So, I just finished up another playthrough of SR4. I was going for 100% completion this time but for some reason I can only get to 99%. I completed every main quest mission, all side missions, and loyalty missions. I completed every singleplayer activity, hacked every store, collected every data...

So, after playing this on console for the longest time and seeing that Steam is having a sale right now, I finally picked SR4 up on PC. I was wondering though, which DLCs would you folks recommend getting? Is "Dominatrix" the only one right now that adds story content? It looks like everything...

Would it be possible to create a "money vacuum" mod? Something that would work in the same way as the Health Vacuum unlockable. If so, I'd love to see someone make that.
