Thank you. The crash occurs 100% when I minimize during the game. The only exception is when I minimize during the beginning company logo demos. I will get the WHQL driver and maybe reinstall the game if that doesn't work.

Attached are my msinfo32 (which is in Japanese, sorry) and my error file in .txt format because the site did not allow me to post it in mdmp format. As for the event log, I was not able to find anything generated.

Hey, I recently bought Saints Row IV. I've been playing it for a while, and when I minimize it, the game quits, and Steam says "Failed to start game (app already running)." Does anyone else have the same symptom, and are there anyway to prevent this?
