I'm trying to use that save editor for very similar reason: I unlocked too many skin models in the phone, when I really only need 5, and I can't see a way to change it, it's not in cheats.xtbl and when I try the save editor, nothing works, even just changing cash or whatever

I have this exact problem, I think it's when the train renders. Have you found a fix?
