the expanded ragdoll from the consoles is not happening because the exe is LTO optimized and all checks for it are inlined, for what should be ~12 mentions of it it's checks of the ragdoll body is inlined into ~700 functions

The game would've always exceeded memory either ways before or after the Juiced update, or even without Juiced it just never printed them out and you could always see them if the game opened a console also it's AddBindToggles to have the binds working
I still need that crashdump and log from when it happened to you the fact nightly fixed it is semi-unrelated, please compress with 7zip/winrar and send it here
Try using the nightly builds and if it crashes on that post the log and the corresponding dmp from crashdumps
EDIT: For the mean time try using Xbox 360 / PS3 icons instead of automated, but these 2 ^ would be useful
