It shows up to me fine when i use Unique Ammo (Extended), if you are using Unique Ammo (Base) it wont show up (same with SR1's guns). If any chance you started a new game, the silenced vice 9 is unlocked after u get 8 hoods owned by the saints.

Update: added Silenced Pistol as a weapon on Friendly Fire and added wood sounds on SR1's Baseball Bat.

Oh, that because GOTR edits p_rpg with a personal texture for Nukamingo, just look for it in "modified" folder and delete its .peg and g_peg file
