So, I did this in reverse. Trying to port Lin into SRTT, over Ella's model. but the part I'm struggling with is updating the "asm" file. Does it override the "str2" data with the "high.str2" data, or should it be fine. Because I put the "asm", "str2", and "high.str2" files into SRTT Root...

So I did some "troublshooting" (I think is the right word) of my own. I started by just copying over the 4 str2 files, had the exact same invisibility and void issues mentioned above... So then I decided to copy over the one other file in this folder... The one highlighted in red... And guess...

Oh no! I wanted to test if Ella (Lin) was still invisible during cutscenes, so I loaded up the first mission, only for it to completely skip the cutscene and show me this. All the NPCs are just little cubes on the floor... Until they die, then they turn into untextured bodies. I tested it...

You mean, go back to the broken "BuildPackfileGUI" that turns the models invisible? If you're talking about all the mission files, thats a mission replay mod by someone else. I didn't make that, and I need it to test the NPC Models in cutscenes and get screenshots for my own mods

Crash on load. Here's what my SRTT root folder looks like. In the "character.xtbl" I've changed "Ella" to "Lin" using the "saints_female_lin" name. Or is that not what you meant for me to do?

That's a thing? How would I add Lin to the character.xtbl?

I knew my victory would be short lived... Was there anything else I was supposed to transfer to the main directory along with the 2 "str2_pc" files? It would seem she's now invisible.

I have these 3 folders. I've tried packing the two "str2_pc" files, but that doesn't do anything. What "packfile" am I supposed to be packing exactly? I renamed the two "str2_pc" folders by getting rid of the "extracted" then put them in a folder labelled "packfiles", then put the folder in the...

What is this? SRTT's not there. Something went wrong. It says the file was made, but I can't find it anywhere in any of my folders. Yeah, this part is really confusing me. Was I not supposed to move the "extracted-character.vpp_pc" out of the game's folder? It won't rebuild the packfile at all.

So which of these two do I extract? Also, Lin has one extra file than Ella. Which is ".sim_pc". Do I transfer that, or leave it behind?
