thank you so much, i had this other tool that unlocked the fps but it only went to 40 and this here made my game play at 75 with some dips to 50. i even have fullscreen, i used the Gibbed resolution modifier but it wasnt real fullscreen, its like my game skipped a generation of video games lol.

I understand why you put that racism disclaimer but what you did actually is helpful for many because the skintones in the game kind of suck sometimes. game companies back then somehow seemed to mess up skin tones other than white. love the mod anyways thank you

well i know i see many on many mods comment pages of people just writing it didn't work while many other comments speak of it working.

i added the lighting mod and the overhauled stilwater in the custom mod folder together and they replaced files. do i have to do it seperately? i notice you list those two mods.
