This is only possible through the normal maps.

In tweak_table.xtbl find string <Name>Player_gravity_multiplier</Name>
Change value in string below. Default is 3, if you set it into 13 for examle, character will fall much faster.

I think, only 1\2 or 2\3 part of character (after a certain height increase) have a collision. If you try go thru tunnels or something else - head and shoulders of character will be inside the ceiling =)

Character size hardcoded to 1.0, so without memory manipulations it's can not be resided permanently i think.
And it's only visual resize, not as in this video.
How do you found this address? I'm not so good in game memory search, so I found 554 addresses that change when I change the character height. And it this point i'm stuck =)
