There is IVRadarScaling in Juiced which will scale the radar down, the positioning of most HUD items is determined by the game's internal lua scripts and vint (Volition? Interface) documents, there is SuperUI which can move the health bar to SRTT's positioning but other than that there's nothing...
This isn't caused by Gentlemen of Row It's a message I've introduced in Juiced 7.7.0 as people keep installing Gentlemen of The Row in conjunction with Juiced thinking GOTR aides in providing stability/fixes when it doesn't, also you're supposed to restart the game after making that GOTR.txt...
Just a heads-up for people updating with modded games if you have a modified loose.txt, you'll have to replace it with this update's loose.txt or add the new mods/JUICED - Shaders entry, otherwise you'll have broken models as some model replacements use these new fixed shaders.
I've just added an option to MixFix for both SRTT releases labelled as "BetterHandbrakeCam", not sure if it's what you want but it disables drift cam and you can move the camera while drifting

I was trying to backtrace what was causing this leg/feet disappearance (funnily enough I had figured it out and fixed it ~5 minutes after posting it), the monstrosity in that post was achieved by stopping the game from writing bone data to all animated human's bones which there's 127? of, either...
I'd like to point out that not only that I've fixed this with Juiced v7.6.0 (male gets GML1 and female gets GFL1 on load) but that it isn't a PC port issue it's like that on X360 too
