Ambiance should be memory priority #1 in SRV since it's a sandbox game. Means lots of different traffic types, variety in traffic, variety in NPCs and NPC behaviour, including the chance they might pull out a weapon and shoot at you, or get their baseball bat out and come running after you.

You can make the car lower by playing around in the vehicle's physics (carname_veh.xtbl). IIRC spring length and spring strength values are the ones you want to edit. Underglow is from a different palette and using the Extra clothing colors and extra makeup colors mod should give a ton of new colors for underglow.

IIRC (because it's been a while), that's an issue based on memory reserved for character names. You can add plenty of characters, but you have to simplify most of the vanilla character names in order to do so without breaking mission packs.

I'm entirely going to redo the mod from scratch once I'm done with my version for SR:TT. The mod crashes those missions because either: - The names of the characters take too much memory. - I made too many characters at all. I'm well on my way in the version for SR:TT, so I'm going to work on...
