that would be really cool. Make it part of the Initiation Station, too. Instead of it just being the creation suite, they could also put in a simple room that allows us to run around and see our character in motion (something that should be in the demo proper anyway) and provide access to the...
The idea I keep throwing around here and elsewhere is Saints Five, a game that parodies heist movies (Fast Five, hence the naming scheme) and games (GTA5, obviously). You play as a rookie member of a heist team as you prepare to hit three different companies. The story takes place after SR4 in...
my guess it'll be a part of this eventual release
Other areas we plan to explore after the above are:
Modifying world geometry
It'd be nice if all we had to do was plug in some files from SR3, but I doubt that's how it works.
I've posted this before, but personally I feel that Saints 5 should be called exactly that. It could be a heist game set to properly parody GTA5's heists (or lack thereof). Instead of a gang, you're part of a heist team trying to rob three different groups (each of which is naturally quirky)...
I still think they should introduce new characters in the next game but keep it in the same world and have the old characters make cameos. Shaundi references in news tickers, Keith David's face on a dollar bill, etc.
The Saints' story as we know it is done, there's no reason to drag it out any...
Is it possible to give the presents the stick-to-NPCs flag without causing NPCs to panic? It'd be hilarious if the present stuck to them and they thought it was a harmless present, only for the delayed fuse to explode.
Question: is it possible to modify the power suppression grenades the aliens use to make them normal grenades/flash grenades, or are they locked from edits?
Volition is currently working on the SDK. No release date has been provided, but the first part of it will be the ability to replace existing weapons with new ones.
I imagine the majority of SR4's DLC was set in stone before the game launched. This is supported by a partial list that was leaked prior to Enter the Dominatrix's release, which included the Sports Pack (which was either rechristened as or shorthand for Game On). The Polarizer and Cosplay packs...
I played a little bit to try out the Polarizer. It can best be described as telekinesis with the ability to grab multiple things at once into a huge ball. Once the weapon runs out of energy or you let go of the trigger, everything flies off in all directions.
I look forward to extended playtime...
so it's the Blackhole Gun with the Inflato-Ray beam (since you can hold down Fire indefinitely if memory serves)
in any case I'm super stoked, since this is exactly what I wanted this weapon to be since they revealed the concept
Everything is already up on Steam it would seem, but they aren't properly linked on the store page
