Dunno if anybody mentioned it here, but on the Steam forum Idol confirmed that AoM's missions were built around the open world like SR2 and don't take place within linear levels like in SR3/4. Phew!

Interesting that the assets are all based on SR2 rather than 3. I really wish the women in SR2 proper looked like that, though.

Definitely pushes the connection to SR more than AoM.
