*EDIT* Just thought i would let you that the read-me says the root folder but i'm pretty sure you load mods out of the "mods" folder that installs with GOOH. could be wrong.
Reinstalling my Gat Out Of Hell since my preload was corrupted so i can see what's in the game then it's time to mod.
also does the SRIV/SRTT SDK work with this game?
This mod replaces the energy sword with a custom sword model called SpineRipper. the spineripper model and retextures are all by me. install instructions are in the read-me. enjoy the mod.

*UPDATE* I have had some problems with replacing the xenoblaster and decided to switch to the quickshot pistol from the SDK template as the base for thorn.
*EDIT* Since GOOH has come out, i have not worked on the mod. However, i have finally gotten back to work and i'm hoping to have a release...
i just finished exporting from maya and now i'm importing the mesh to the converter. if this works then i just need to create custom textures before i release the mod.

This mod will port multiple guns from the game destiny into Saints Row IV.
i'm not good with texturing either so this may take a while to finish. i would like to go on record saying that the models are not ripped from Destiny (Pretty sure it isn't even possible to do that.) but instead generated...
i wish i could help as i also use blender but even though i have only pulled off melee weapons, its been so long i have forgotten how. maybe if you look around in help and troubleshooting you can find an old thread by me when i received help.

i am currently making a mod for Saints Row IV to convert the xenoblaster to thorn from destiny, however when i use the SDK converter the laserpistol_high.str2_pc file is only 1KB. I've had similar problems in the past that were fixed when a fellow user added an armature to my mesh with maya...
that will come when 1.02 is released. you can expect new saints 1.02 to come out when release b of the sdk is released. speaking of which, here is just some of what may come in new saints V1.02

none of the songs in sr4 come to mind since i normally just use super powers. however here are the few songs that remind me of saints row in general. however only one made it into a saints row game.
